Frequently Asked Questions…

How much does it cost to attend a program?
The cost is $140 for the one day ASP program.
What happens after I book online?
Once your booking is processed, you will be emailed a confirmation link with full details on the program.  
What clothing should be worn?
Comfortable sports clothing is appropriate.

And no, children do not need to wear whites at cricket programs.

What equipment do children need to bring to the program?
After you book, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation letter with info on what what equipment players need to bring to the program.
How many children are in a group?
ASP coaching ratios are 8 in a group or less.
What do the children do at lunchtime? Who supervises them?
Lunch involves a short break to eat, then talks and activities — all supervised by program staff.
Lunch/Nut Free policy
Please note that you will need to bring your own lunch and snacks in a clearly named lunch box or bag (lunch should not consist of any nuts or nut products). We will provide fruit and drinks daily, please bring your own drink bottle each day.

ASP has a nut free policy for participants at all programs.

Who is in charge of First Aid?
ASP have qualified First Aid officers at every program.
What discounts are available for families, schools or clubs?
A 10% discount is available for family or club groups, call us for further information on available discounts.
I'm eligible for a family discount and club discount, can I combine them?
No. You can only use one discount per booking, whichever is greater.
What's the refund policy?
In the event of being unable to attend, a full credit to a future program is provided, as long as we are notified of the cancellation. Please contact the office as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend the program.

If the credit is not suitable a full refund less $30 administration fee will be organised if we are notified before the program commences. Please note that once the program has commenced we are unable to offer refunds. See the below question, “What happens if a child gets sick or injured during the program” for further information.

What happens if a child gets sick or injured during the program?
A credit of equivalent amount with be provided to attend a future program. Once the program has commenced please note we are not able to offer refunds.
Do all the staff have Working with Children Checks?
Yes, all required ASP staff have a current Working with Children Check.
